1. Wash and sanitize hands
2. Avoid touching your face
3. Avoid contact with others that may be sick
4. Stay home if symptoms start
Wear a mask if you need to go into public.
Maintain social distancing from others of no less than 6 feet.
The World Health Organization recommends patients to avoid NSAIDS (examples – ibuprofen, Aleve, Motrin) if you are having upper respiratory symptoms (examples -cough, fever, etc). Try Tylenol (acetominophin) first.
If you are currently using a CPAP machine – we recommend you sleep in your own room to decrease risk of viral transmission.
If you are currently using a nebulizer in the house, we recommend you use the treatment outdoors to avoid viral transmission in the house.
