In order to keep our practice, patients and employees safe a new policy to pick up prescriptions, orders or forms has been put in place.

For anyone exposed to COVID-19 or anyone that has been around a high risk person or location please do not come into the office.

Please call our office to let us know you have a prescription, order or form to pick up and we will bring it out to your car.

The times our office personnel will be available to come out to your car is between 9:30am – 10:30am and 3:00pm and 4:00pm. Please have your ID ready, to show through the window.

We will put prescription, order or forms through back window or trunk.
