As of 06/22/2020, we will now start collecting co-pays.  As we start opening QFP for phase 2, the check in process will only consist of collecting co-pays and notifying our front desk if your insurance or phone number has changed.

We will only take credit cards or checks as a form of payment to ensure your safety.  

Please keep in mind of our existing protocols – When you arrive to your appointment, please park in a numbered spot and call 302-235-2351, option 8 to let us know what spot you are parked in and verify the correct phone number for the provider to call to begin your visit. After your call with the provider, you will enter the building and check in with the front desk. A Medical assistant will then take you back to the exam room to continue your visit.

We will continue to take all the precautions recommended by the department of health.

Some of these precautions are:

• Our waiting room has chairs placed 6 feet apart from each other
• Every chair is sanitized on a regular basis.
• Pens, clipboards and any other objects are also being sanitized regularly. 

Our office will continue to submit claims for the following visits; telehealth/telephone visits (billed as an office visit), telephone triage calls and E-visits as long as the governor declares a state of emergency.
