With the first week of the integration into Christiana Care behind us, I want to first acknowledge the tremendous amount of support the staff and I received from so many of you.  It is truly appreciated.

As we move forward as the Christiana Care Stone Mill practice site, I want to update you on the following information:

• Portal Access
  • The Quality Family Physicians portal will close on Monday, September 12^th
  • Registration on the Christiana Care portal is now open
    • See instructions our website, qfpde.com

• Check-in Process
  • As we change over to the Christiana Care electronic medical record, we will need you to complete some additional forms at check-in
    • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • We appreciate your assistance with this process

• New Office Hours
  • Monday – 8am – 5pm
  • Tuesday – 7am – 5pm
  • Wednesday – 7am – 6pm
  • Thursday – 8am – 5pm
  • Friday – 8am – 4:30pm

• Vaccination Availability
  • We are pleased to announce that we will now be able to administer the shingles vaccine in our office.
  • As distribution channels have evolved, the COVID-19 vaccine will no longer be available in our offices.
  • We are following Christiana Care Health flu shot distribution and expect to get flu shots in the office by the first week of October.

And last, I am very excited to announce that Dr. Genevieve Minick will be joining us at the practice starting on October 10^th.  She is eager to be part of the practice and provide the outstanding quality of care you have come to expect from our team.
